Our services are designed to help educators, course creators, and training providers build sustainable and profitable online learning businesses.

User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your agreement
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrystalPeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CrystalPeak in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrystalPeak, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

Privacy and Data Protection

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. CrystalPeak reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment of fees when due
• Fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Behaviour that damages our reputation or business interests

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and any outstanding obligations will survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Cyprus.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes or concerns. If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, we may agree to participate in mediation or other alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of these Terms and post the revised Terms on our website.

Severability
